Panetta to testify to the Senate on Benghazi attack
RT
Headline: Panetta to testify to the Senate on Benghazi attack
Defense
Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman General Martin
Dempsey will testify before the Senate Armed Services Committee Thursday regarding
the September 2012 attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. The attack
resulted in the deaths of four Americans, and has been a source of pressure
from the Republican Party on the Obama administration regarding security.
Then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified on the matter in January. It
could be Panetta’s last time to give testimony before the Senate, as he will
soon leave his post.

Asking Hilliary Clinton what happened in Benghazi is like asking the fox what happened to the chickens.
