FACT: It was former Democratic Governor of Alabama Don Siegelman that had the evidence that would have indicted Sessions for running a massive slush fund in the state of Alabama that was tied to former Bush Crime Family fundraiser Karl Rove.
FACT: Justice Department investigators were ready to indict Sessions for using this slush fund to frame former Democratic Governor Don Siegelman on a bogus campaign finance charge that was tied to Sessions former fundraiser.
FACT: It was actually Sessions that was skimming off federal medicare payments to the state of Alabama and placing it in his crooked political slush fund.
